Band 7 sample answer

A successful person I admire greatly is my uncle, who owns a small furniture factory in Namangan. He started with just two workers and a rented workshop about fifteen years ago, and today he employs more than sixty people.

His success came from hard work and attention to quality. He used to work from early morning until late at night, and he always listened to customers' feedback to improve his products. When a competitor copied his designs, he did not complain; instead, he created new ones and expanded to other cities.

I admire him because he remained humble and generous despite his success. He pays his workers fairly, supports local schools and always finds time for his family. He has shown me that real success is not only about money but also about treating others well and never giving up.

One story I particularly remember is that when floods damaged part of his workshop, he refused to dismiss anyone and paid every worker for the weeks while repairs were made. That decision cost him a lot, but it earned him loyalty that still makes his company strong today.
