Questions and sample answers
Do you do anything to stay healthy?
I try to walk at least thirty minutes a day, drink enough water and eat vegetables. I am not perfect, but these small habits make a difference.
Do you think you are a healthy person?
Fairly healthy. I rarely get ill, although I should exercise more often and sleep earlier. My diet is generally balanced.
Do you go to the gym?
I used to go three times a week, but I stopped when my university schedule became busy. I now do short home workouts instead.
What do you do when you feel stressed?
I go for a walk or listen to music. Moving around clears my head, and talking to a friend also helps me feel calmer.
Is it expensive to stay healthy in your country?
It can be. Fresh food and gym memberships cost money, but walking, running in the park and cooking at home are cheap ways to stay in good shape.
Do you think people today are healthier than in the past?
In some ways, yes, because medical care is better and people know more about nutrition. However, many people exercise less because of desk jobs.
